The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada

Described in my TV guide as a “gritty contemporary western” and “edgy black comedy”, this 2005 film, directed by and starring Tommy Lee Jones, really captivated me. I found the story-line and locations deeply engrossing. In short, I was transported to another place and time (also central themes of the narrative). Clever Guy, that Tommy Lee Jones !
